Chapter-Wide Program

Dear Friends,

Do you realize how valuable your support of the IIDA Southern California Chapter is? Without your contributions, energy and commitment there would be no Calibre Awards or Student Scholarships, no Catalyst Breakfast or City Center events like Haunt Couture in Los Angeles, the Fashion Show in Orange County or the Fashion Show in San Diego. You are essential to assuring that Southern California has a strong and vital design community.

We would like to thank all of our partners in design for the generous support received through the years. We take enormous pride in bringing programs and events to the design community through our Chapter and the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Santa Barbara City Centers. It is with your support that this past year, our Chapter was honored with the Large Chapter of the Year award! Simultaneously, we are finding our membership holding strong during an economic downturn!

Along with special programs that bring social, networking and professional opportunities to our members, partners and the community at large, these events provide funding for Chapter operations as well as contributing to on-going efforts to legislate the practice of interior design, support our students and emerging professionals and strengthen the professional development programs such as the Speaker Series for our membership.

Each of these programs could not occur without the generous support of you, our sponsors. In light of this past year’s economic challenges, we have adjusted our chapter-wide sponsorship program to allow you more flexibility in ‘building’ your sponsorship package to position your company in a more effective and recognized manner while giving you access to the many events and programs the chapter produces. The program has been developed to give you the opportunity to support multiple events while simplifying your budgeting process. All the Sponsorship levels begin with Calibre participation and, depending on your level of commitment, a predetermined number of major events within the Chapter which will give you the option to use your Sponsorship where you will gain the most exposure.

We believe this sponsorship program offers an exciting and positive way to support IIDA, increasing your exposure in the Southern California design community and profession at large, and addresses the challenges we are currently all experiencing.

Sustaining - $28,000

To receive Sustaining Sponsor benefits, the commitment must be for Calibre and 3 other annual major Chapter events in 2010. The option is also available to purchase the balance of the major chapter events during the year and still receive Chapter Sustaining Sponsor recognition. Selection and details are below.

Chapter Sustaining Sponsor Recognition Benefits:

• The company name listed as a Sustaining Sponsor at all events and in all promotional campaigns, editorials and press releases.

• Use of the 2010 Calibre Awards logo and IIDA Southern California Chapter logo with your standard corporate identity throughout 2010.

• Company Advertisement on IIDA SoCal website with link to your company website.

• Company logo on bi-monthly e-news with link to your company website.

• Sponsored IIDA membership for one new Professional or Associate member. A drawing for a professional or associate member at an event of your choice, excluding Calibre, during 2010.

Calibre Awards - $20,500

• 3 tables in preferred seating area

• Plus the option to purchase 3 additional tables of ten in preferred seating area for an additional $3,000 per table

• Company logo included in the sponsor recognition segment of the Calibre Awards video production

• Award Presenter on stage

• Recognition in the Calibre Awards publication

• Two page spread advertisement in Calibre event publication

• Catalyst Breakfast

• Los Angeles City Center, Haunt Couture

• Orange County City Center, Fashion Show

• San Diego City Center, Fashion / Art Show

• Speaker Series: 3 speakers in a choice of 2 City Centers

The balance of major Chapter events can be purchased for $2,500 per event. Please refer to the list above. In addition to the benefits of Chapter Sustaining Sponsor recognition, there will be 10 tickets to each selected event and other benefits that may apply depending on the nature of the event.

Patron - $20,500

To receive Patron Sponsor benefits the commitment must be for Calibre and 2 other annual major Chapter events in 2010. The option is also available to purchase the balance of the major Chapter events during the year and still receive Chapter Patron Sponsor recognition. Selection and details are below.

Chapter Patron Sponsor Recognition Benefits:

• Company name listed as Patron Sponsor at all events and in all promotional campaigns, editorials and press releases.

• Use of the 2010 Calibre Awards logo and IIDA Southern California Chapter logo with your standard corporate identity throughout 2010.

• 2 tables in preferred seating area
