On Saturday, March 6, 2010, the Southern California Chapter of IIDA held the annual Calibre Student Scholarship Competition. Hosted by Herman Miller in their Los Angeles showroom, this event brought together students from design schools all over Southern California. Students presented their portfolios in an interview style format to teams of judges comprised of senior industry leaders.
The jury panel for each category selects one first-place recipient from all candidates competing for the specific scholarship. This year, IIDA Southern California is awarding a total of $20,000 to four winning students!
