The goal of this workshop is to empower and encourage designers to use a sketching format

as one avenue to develop and convey ideas/concepts. We want this to be a fun, interesting 

and engaging experience.

   1.Sketching Techniques-overlays over photos

   2.Creating fast one point perspectives

   3.Showing examples of thoughtful sketches and different techniques.

   4.Work through and develop concepts and ideas with other designers.

Practical Session with the Designers:

   1.Developing interior sketches/designs of a typical lobby

   2.Developing interior sketches/designs of a reception area

   3.Developing High Concept lighting and master plans.

Please bring the following materials:

   •architectural scale

Masland Carpet will provide the tracing paper and Black Pentel Markers

We will provide the venue, visual aids and hors d’oeuvres with wine.
