Winning Team PresentationsWinning Team Presentations helps Architect and Design firms organize, prepare, and deploy a winning interview for new business. Presentations help a firm prepare to win more interviews by considering the customer needs, organizing with a clear presentation structure, and then practicing a sample presentation with coaching from the instructor.



  • Organize the team with a clear leader, clear distribution of tasks, and content per team member, and understand who will do what by when.
  • Prepare the content using the 5C Recipe for clear, concise, and structured presentations.
  • Discover how to give client’s insight to their bottom line using design and environmentally friendly products.
  • Deploy by considering when the interview really begins, planning in advance how you’ll handle questions, and how to transition between speakers.
